15 years ago, your family mysteriously disappeared in front of your eyes. To this day no one knows where they are, or what happened to them. You were fortunate in a sense that friends of your parents, Vanessa and David, brought you into their home. Their house of misfits, Vanessa called it. At first there were only a few people in the home, but as years passed, more people moved in; more misfits. All so different, yet something pulled them together. You even began to feel like you belonged.
This all changed about 3 years ago. You were ostracized by David. Curiously, you don’t even know why. Each time you try to think of the reason, it’s like the memory isn’t even there. David made life at the house unbearable, and when you got the chance to leave for school, you took it. You visited only for holidays and made sure to keep those visits short, until 15 years to the date of your parents’ disappearance, David suddenly collapsed and went into a coma, calling you back to the house of misfits.
Become the main character and solve the mystery of your familiy's disappearance, but know that you can't do it alone. Join a lively cast of characters to help you on your adventure, and choose whether to pursue romance, or not. There will be those that will gladly help you, and others who will go out of your way to make sure that you never discover the truth.
You were a regular guy before this started, and maybe you still are. The world just began to look different the day your story really began; the day you came home. The day you learned that maybe, just maybe, you can go back in time to learn the truth of the past....

Vanessa, an old friend who brought you into her home after your family’s disappearance, informs you that her husband David, suddenly collapsed and is in a coma. You and David don’t have the greatest relationship, but you go back for Vanessa. When you get home, things feel off. Headaches, visions, and feelings you’ve never had before sporadically hit you like a tonne of bricks. You even begin to question your sanity, as a woman you met that day keeps appearing in front of you, but only can see her. All the while, you begin to somehow just notice that Vanessa is a beautiful woman.
With David still in the hospital, someone needed to take care of his company, ETMI Corp. This left it up to Selena, your other housemate to take the lead. With all that had been going on, you haven’t seen Selena in the house, and it’s already been a couple of days since she's been home. Selena is presumably at the company working, but why has she not returned? You travel to ETMI Corp to discover that things are not as they seem. Something strange is going on with the people working at ETMI Corp, and you can’t leave till you find out what’s going on, and more importantly, where Selena is. What secrets do ETMI Corp and Selena hold? They might be more devious than you think.
You get a call from your best friend who informs you that he’s in jail, accused of being the thief famously known as the Technodancer: a devilish individual who’s been robbing companies of its most expensive tech the past few weeks, leaving nothing behind other than a choreographed dance routine on the security cameras….... This leads you on an adventure to find proof of your friend’s innocence. Along the way you’ll be re-acquainted with Ellie, one of your housemates, a rambunctious young woman who does things her own way and doesn’t take no for an answer. Your investigation leads you face to face (well actually the thief wears a mask, so yeah) with the elusive Technodancer. Are you strong enough, smart enough, and even agile enough to catch the Technodancer and save your friend?
Things have been pretty non-stop since you’ve come home, and you could use a break. Vanessa feels the same and organizes a dinner party with you, Selena, Ellie and her friend Kacey, to occupy her mind. For some reason, Vanessa begins to get nervous each time you’re near, like she’s guilty of something. Selena and Ellie share whispers throughout the night, holding whatever secrets they're discussing, between the two of them. Unbeknownst to anyone else, Kacey had heavily invested in David’s new prototype without even knowing what it was. With David in the hospital, Kacey scours the house looking for the prototype, in hopes of making some money off of it. Curiosity leads you to joining the search, but neither of you find what you expected.

Gameplay
There’s essentially 2 modes of gameplay in this game: Detective Mode and Interrogation mode.
detective mode
In Detective mode, you’ll be able to roam around parts of the city. You start off with only a few locations you can travel to, but gain more as the story progresses. It's important to note that this is NOT a sandbox game, not really. The places you go and the things you're able to do are contained in a chapter.
Traveling throughout the city you'll try figure out the mysteries that have enveloped your life recently. You'll do this by talking to people you meet and discovering clues along the way. People like the ones you see below. Be careful of how you interact with people you meet though."
Depending on your choices, things could end up getting romantic...
Or people end up with blue balls. Nobody wants that!
You’ll be able to click on items and people like those highlighted below.
Important items of interest will be stored on your phone, which is located at the top left of your screen.
Your phone is your best friend. You’ll find plenty of useful things in there.
The game rewards you for doing more than less, so make sure to find all the items throughout your adventure. You will also be notified when you've obtained all items (Other than hidden items).
Throughout the game you'll get tasks from different characters. Simply use these as a reference for what you need to do next.

The game incorporates a simple messaging system. When you get a message, you'll see a notification on your phone and the contact that messaged.
Usually when you get a text from a character, you have the option to reply to what they've said. This factors into the story, as well as the Love, Lust and Likability that the characters have for you. How you respond, and when, play an important role to how characters respond to you. As the game progresses, messages will play a bigger role for lewd and story content
This game has a LOVE, LUST, and LIKABILITY points system.
When you interact with characters that can be romantic interests, your actions and choices will affect the way they feel for you. When you do things that increase your LOVE, LUST or LIKABILITY, you will see a short animation play.
LOVE is the amount of affection a character has for you. Simply put, you just need to do things that show that you care for them. Help them out when you can and be there for them.

LUST is the level of how much a character wants to have sex with you. In order to increase LUST, do what you can to be intimate with a character. Show them you want to be more than friends, and that you find them to be attractive.

LIKABILITY is the level a person would share a piece of cake with you.....Seriously. If a person likes you a lot, they'll share their cake with you, and if they don't, they might share it with someone else! In order to increase LIKABILITY, show that you care for others including your romantic interests. This is the only stat that changes when interacting with other characters. For example, if Vanessa is close to Ellie and you do something that's nice to Ellie. Vanessa would eventually find out and your LIKABILITY could increase for Vanessa and Ellie. It's easier than it might sound. Simply put, don't be an asshole and you'll be fine.

You can view your LOVE, LUST, and LIKABILITY stats with each character on your phone. Click "MORE INFO" to see detailed information and notes to help you out.
Your LOVE, LUST, and LIKABILITY stats will determine how characters interact with you, along with whether you can pursue romance and lewdness and down the line, which ending you will get.
interrogation mode
Not as much time is spent in Interrogation Mode than Detective Mode, however some of the most significant moments of the game happen during Interrogation. Detective Mode prepares you to do well in Interrogation Mode.
In Interrogation Mode, you'll listen to an individual telling you their side of a story through a series of statements. Once you figure out the statement that doesn’t match up with the clues you have, you will be able use your phone and show the contradicting item to them.
Based on how well you did at finding clues and items in Detective Mode, you may have more clues to make interrogations easier.
Be careful on what you show, you have a certain number of lives each interrogation, and will lose a life each time you show the wrong item. Once you lose all your lives, it's either game over or a major hit to your LOVE, LUST and LIKABILITY stats for that character.
